Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Associate for UK Client Support & Operations, responsible for coordination, documentation, reporting, and client communication for UK-based accounting and consulting projects.

Candidates with prior exposure to UK clients or UK accounting processes will have a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance & Reporting

Prepare monthly client management reports for internal review and reporting. Assist in preparation, submission, and filing of compliance-related tasks. Ensure adherence to compliance calendars and statutory deadlines. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all compliance activities.
2. Client Communication & Relationship Management

Handle first-level client communication including queries, clarifications, and follow-ups. Support client visits and attend meetings when required. Build and maintain strong working relationships to enhance client satisfaction.
3. Data Management & Quality Control

Collect client data and documents promptly and systematically. Enter client information accurately into designated systems and software. Perform initial quality checks (QC) on data before submitting for review. Track and escalate delays, gaps, or issues in data collection.
4. Operational & Process Support

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Assist in developing structured internal documentation and management reports. Contribute to process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
5. Process, Quality & Performance Support

Conduct preliminary quality checks on documents and data before internal submission. Support creation of performance dashboards, summaries, and MIS reports using Excel. Assist in updating SOPs, documentation guidelines, and process standardization initiatives.

Skills & Competencies Required

Technical & MS Office Skills

Strong command of MS Excel. Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Ability to develop clean, structured reports and templates.
Communication & Client Management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Professional, client-facing demeanor with clear and concise communication. Ability to interact confidently with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
Organizational & Task Management Skills

High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines effectively. Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently when required.

Qualifications

BCom / BBA / BBM / MCom or any bachelor's degree with strong MS Excel skills.

Prior experience in reporting, data handling, or client coordination preferred.

Experience in UK-based accounting or UK client communication is an added advantage.

Pay: ?214,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per year
