Associate Field Manager

• Demand generation for Ruminant/Companion animal/Poultry products in Trades (From Vets /Canine Practitioner/Paravets /Shepherd etc)
• Selling these products by using pharma sales/Action Selling process steps. Coordinating between Retailers & Distributors.
• Minimizing Expires By Regular Secondary Sales.
• Liaison with Vets College & institution. Development of good Rapport with milk union & other NGO for business volume.
• Responsible for outstanding/Recoveries pertaining to Ruminants & Campaign animal products for their Assign Territory. To follow the Compliance to Business Principal.
• The Sale Executive is Responsible for Maintaining Sales & Growths For Ruminants & Companion Products in their Respective territory.
• Achieving annual targets, in addition to this regular customer follow up like vets,dairy farmers, Shepherd, Milk union, other NGO, DISTRIBUTORS & Retailers. Growth & Expansion of Ruminant & Companion Animals Products to Make Our Company as Leading Company in the Territory Against Increase Competition phase. Attaining Desire Growth as per Traffic Model.
• Any Graduate, preferred to have Degree in Veterinary Science /Science ,2 or More Years relevant Experiences in the Ethical Markets.
• Sound Technical Knowledge of Animal Health Medicine.
• Associate Field Manager, Familiar with animal health sales process & related Scientific knowledge.
• Should be aware of geography of the territory.
