The overall purpose of this role is to be the point of contact for External Resource Management (ERM) to IT Services project team and ITS's approved vendors. The key responsibility is to act as a trusted advisor to the projects and provide consultation in the area of ERM as well as in number of other ERM related processes and activities.


You will be mainly responsible for ordering IT Consultancy services from 3rd party providers; reporting including report set up, maintenance and automations (MS Excel, MS Access etc.). The position is also assigned as first level support for internal tools used within ERM team (Sharepoint, BI).


In addition, you will provide support through ordering (processing Vendor proposals) to delivery check and confirmation.


You will be working closely with our internal stakeholders, Procurement, Finance and Human Resources departments in DHL IT Services. The External Resource Specialist works within the External resource Management team and reports to the Head of ERM. The role also requires you to track, measure, report and evaluate external's performance. You need to be meticulous and detailed as the role requires you to work extensively with data.

You should have:





University degree. Ability to build relationships and to understand customers interests and concerns. Negotiation and conflict management skills. Experience from multinational global organizations. Fluent written and spoken English. Knowledge of MS Excel (or potentially MS Access). Ability to build and maintain partnerships. Communication, prioritization and organizational skills. Proactive approach and good follow-up skills with a Can do Attitude.

You should have:



At least 1 to 2 years' experience within Vendor management, Procurement or Human Resources department in multi-national companies Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint Good knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous Ability to build and maintain partnerships Good time management, prioritization and organization skills Proactive with good follow-up skills Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Nice to have:



User knowledge of SAP Knowledge of SQL server, visual studio SSIS, share point and PowerBI is a plus.
