We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Associate Executives for our domestic call center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming/outgoing customer calls in a professional manner Resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system Follow communication scripts and guidelines as provided Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments Achieve daily/weekly call targets and quality benchmarks Maintain punctuality and adhere to attendance guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or Marathi; Basic English understanding preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Prior experience in BPO/call center (preferred but not mandatory) Willingness to work from the office at Viman Nagar, Pune
