BIETC is currently looking for Associate Equipment & Tool Engineer (Catia V5 Automation - KBE) to join Production Engineering team in Bangalore. These positions will focus on supporting the Boeing Commercial (BCA) business organization.

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with the Production Engineering Teams to implement the Tool design solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing the Automation for Tool design optimization and Macros for existing process using VB.NET.
  • Develop Re usable Design (Seed Models).
  • Develops and maintains technical relationships / partnerships with customers, suppliers, peers, partners and team members to develop collaborative plans and execute on projects.
  • Coordinate and communicate regularly with experts in Boeing organizations around the world. Support initiatives on engineering excellence, employee development, mentoring, and customer engagement
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s in Aerospace/Mechanical /Civil Engineering.
  • Good programming and Analytical skills.
  • Developer should have good Experience to CATIA\xe2\x80\x99s basic workbenches like Part, Assembly, Drawing, Knowledge Advisor, Knowledge Expert etc.
  • Must have working knowledge of .NET programming or VBA.
  • Developer should have good knowledge of OOPS concepts in programming.
  • Should be very proficient in V5 automation technologies from COMs using languages like C#, VB.NET and VBA and application customization using C++ API and UI creation
  • Robust understanding of Design engineering fundamentals such as Parametric Modelling, Design intent and Tool design.
  • Should be able to Absorb Change in requirements and develop alternate automations.
  • Having expertise in CAA V5 is an additional advantage.
  • Exposure to 3D EXPERIENCE platform is an additional advantage.
  • Handling and developing CATVBA/CAT Script/ CATvbs, VBScript for macros.
  • Must have excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Developer should have good communication skills to interact with business and understand their problems.
  • Should be able to work in dynamic team work environment with core requirements team.
  • Must have experience working with cross-functional teams spread across multiple products and locations within Boeing and external partners.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter with a positive attitude, high ethics, and a track record of working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment
  • Must be flexible, with a high tolerance for organizational complexity and ability to work with partners from within Boeing and outside, across different cultures and time-zones.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, Statements of Work, and connect technology to business considerations.
Typical Education & Experience:

Bachelor\'s with Minimum 6+ years of experience / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 5+or more years\' experience in Aerospace/Mechanical /Civil Engineering.
