We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to join our development team in Noida and contribute to product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8-10 skilled engineers with FE/BE/Fullstack skill sets.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and facilitates all Agile ceremonies within the team.
• Work in a cross-functional team and collaborate with other teams such as the Product Development team, QA, DevOps, SRE, Product team, Support, etc.
• Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment.
• Proactively and reactively identify, triage, and address issues or areas for improvement across the board.
• Review the architecture, guide the teams on scalability discussions, document decisions, and advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance.
• Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Strong in monitoring, defining RCAs, and taking actions to improve the reliability of the systems.
• Involves setting standards, best practices, and technical advice on critical situations and consistently proposing good alternate approaches.

Skills Required

• At least 8+ years of working experience in any of the BE/FE technologies, preferably Go + React,
• Excellent knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Caching and message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of at least 1 monitoring tool like Datadog, NewRelic, Kibana, etc
• Have experience automating code quality tools like Sonar Cloud, Code Climate, etc, and know how to follow/review coding standards and best practices.
• Working experience with Docker and Kubernetes is required.
• Autonomy, excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills, and the ability to move cleanly from theoretical to implementation thinking.
• Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills. Have a positive attitude and the ability to build conducive working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
• Experience in production with running large distributed systems. Ability to pick up new technology concepts on the fly and discuss them with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
