Responsibilities:

Maintenance of all EP-Diesel, Gas, Marine, Oil & Gas production package pricelists Ensure accuracy of Bills of Materials (BoMs) across all managed pricelists. Maintain quality and consistency in the top-down pricelist model. Leverage VDRA and Virtual Build (VB) processes to proactively identify and resolve potential package build issues. Drive closure of open VDRA issues through active resolution efforts. Perform order audits for future orders and process updates as needed. Create new pricing arrangements and update existing ones to ensure pricelists generate accurate material lists on orders. Coordinate virtual design validation changes prior to implementing updates in the pricelist Collaborate with the internal VDRA design fix team to establish a regular cadence for tracking and reviewing VDRA design metrics Facilitates regular VDRA issue resolution review meetings with EC&S (L3 Engineering and Packaging) teams, as well as L4/L5 teams, to drive timely resolution of VDRA-related concerns Communicates key updates to L3, L4, and L5 teams through multiple channels, including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings, as well as regular email correspondence

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accredited Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 2 to 4 years of design experience. Experience with Caterpillar systems (HVC, EDS, Teamcenter) Must have strong problem-solving skills, a good mechanical and/or electrical/electronic aptitude, and good communications skills Prior genset experience

Desired Qualifications:

Prior experience with product releasing to global facilities. Must have a good mechanical aptitude and strong problem solving and management techniques Requires good communication skills VDRA & BoM Experience Advanced computer skills PACN, PLCN, CTS (Change Tracking System) familiarity SAP, EOMP, CSQ, Shop change/Green sheet familiarity Good VisMockup knowledge, some Creo experience, VDRA GenXT tool understanding AQE, OASIS, TMI and other CAT web tools proficiency MS Excel advance skills
