Support tooling concept development, design, and drafting activities using Unigraphics (NX) and/or CATIA V5.
Provide manufacturing engineering support on the shop floor, including machine shop and product assembly operations.
Perform DFA/DFM analyses for composite, machined, sheet metal, and plastic components and assemblies to ensure manufacturability and quality.
Support the definition and execution of installation and assembly sequences for complex aerospace assemblies.
Support trim and finish processes on final aerospace products in compliance with quality and engineering requirements.
Execute assigned tasks proactively and independently, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical / aerospace engineering or equivalent.
1-4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, tooling design, or shopfloor manufacturing support.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on shopfloor experience; aerospace or automotive industry experience preferred.
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and methods.
Proficiency in Unigraphics (NX); exposure to CATIA V5 is an advantage.
Working knowledge of engineering drawings, BOM, GD&T, and AS91002 quality standards.
Experience or exposure to Teamcenter PLM preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Exposure to automation, macros, or digital manufacturing tools.
