Position Title: Associate Engineer Trainee (AET)

Role Purpose:

The Associate Engineer Trainee (AET) - Proposal will support the Engineering Proposal team in preparing technical drawings, layouts, and basic documentation for project proposals. The role is suitable for fresh graduates with foundational knowledge of AutoCAD and a willingness to learn proposal engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation of

proposal drawings and layouts

using AutoCAD Support senior engineers in

technical proposal documentation

Prepare

basic GA drawings, schematics, and layouts

as per project requirements Review tender specifications and understand basic technical requirements Maintain proper documentation and drawing records Coordinate with internal engineering teams for proposal inputs Ensure drawings and documents are prepared within defined timelines

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of

AutoCAD (2D)

Ability to read and understand

engineering drawings

Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) is an added advantage

Behavioral & Soft Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to learn and adapt Attention to detail and accuracy Team-oriented approach Basic time-management skills

Experience:

Freshers

Internship or academic project exposure in AutoCAD will be an added advantage
