As an Engineer, you will be working hydraulic system components of Building Construction Products (Backhoe loader, Small Wheel Loader, Skid Steer Loader, Compact Wheel Loader, Mini hydraulic excavator, Small Track Type Tractor). As an Engineer, you will have the opportunity to contribute towards releasing of hydraulic systems & components. You will contribute to the planning and delivery of projects, continually learn and stay abreast of technological advancements and broaden your professional network.

ob Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Mentor and guide a team of 5 agency members on CAT standards and processes, including task assignment, progress monitoring, and ensuring quality and timely execution of detailing activities. Communicate effectively with global process partners to gather inputs for detailing work, clarify design requirements and provide periodic updates on progress and deliverables. Participate in the review and approval of Change Notices (CNs) with cross-functional teams. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of CN's through proactive coordination and documentation. Develop hydraulic schematics and generate accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for hydraulic systems using Creo tools, ensuring completeness and consistency. Responsible to create, convert and manage the 3D models and detailed engineering drawings of hydraulic components using Creo, Automation studio , ensuring alignment with design standards and functional requirements. Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of documentation and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for hydraulic assemblies. Requires strong Basic understanding of hydraulic components and their functions Support the development and testing of hydraulic components and assist with PD and Pilot Build if required

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in an accredited Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering Preferred 3 - 5 years of relevant experience can be negotiated based on the skill level. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills Incumbent should possess working knowledge on Creo Requires adequate knowledge on general engineering practices and Teamcenter engineering enterprise
