Job Description

We are Looking for experienced PCB designer to design the multi-Layer PCB Boards using an Altium Tool. Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for PCB design of complex multilayer, high power, high voltage, high speed digital, RF and analog boards Creating schematics from engineering input. Translates input from electronics and mechanical design engineers into detailed PCB layout. Ensure design meets design parameters, engineering, assembly and fabrication standards and guidelines. Generate PCB design release packages, ie Gerber files, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, Panel drawing etc. Review and ensure all parts conform to IPC, manufacturer, and company standards. Work closely with Client and cross-functional teams and ensure to meet the project deadlines. Responsible for preparation and implementing checklists for layout and design release. Explore and develop technologies to improve layout design process. Skills and Experience 3 to 6 years of PCB layout experience. Proficiency in Altium is mandatory. Design consideration for EMI/EMC, thermal and Mechanical performance enhancement. Experience with analog, digital, high speed, impedance control layout techniques. Experience with Board conversion and Reverse Engineering designs. Proficient in creating and maintaining ECAD Part libraries. Should have very good knowledge in IPC and UL Safety standards. Required good experience in DFx methodologies. Familiarity with CAM350 Gerber verification. Knowledge in Hyperlynx Signal and Power Integrity concepts and its implementation is an added advantage. Must possess strong written and oral communication skills. Education Bachelors Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
