Our Exciting Opportunity The Domain Support Specialist - L1FM is typically assigned to work with service quality assurance activities in an operations organization. The primary purpose is to take full responsibility for first level system fault restoration. You will Responsible for day-to-day operational performance Ensuring KPI / SLA Fulfillment related to Network & 1st Level troubleshooting of the events taking place on the network To prioritize faults to meet SLA/WLA NW faults rectification. Backup and Health checkup with agreed frequency. Participates in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible. . To be able to interface with the other organizational entities like BO RAN, SRF, PM,FO, Field Operations etc. To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when necessary. KPI Reporting for network SLA reporting for Ticket. (Resolution) Regular follow up on the events with relevant departments working on it as per the MSTOP process Publishing KPI reports to the MSIP & Internal Mgmt. along with other related teams To be successful in the role you must have At least 1 - 7 years\' experience in Telecom. Significant part of this experience must be in to Telecom Network Technical and/or functional skills: GSM , 4G/LTE and 5G Knowledge, Ericsson GSM / AXE, NOKIA , ZTE & Huawei Systems or products . Language skills: Proficiency in Written & Spoken English & Hindi Values and behaviors: Ericsson Core Values, Honesty, Integrity, Positive Attitude, Ability to handle pressure & work in a tough environment Key Qualifications: Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering .
