Roles and Responsibilities: 1. To participate in the design, development and integration of electrical and electronic system for engine and genset to support new technology introduction/new product introduction. 2. Conduct design reviews, DFMEA\'s, virtual builds, VDRA manner to ensure products provide superior performance, durability, quality, and serviceability 3. Create and release drawings for wiring harnesses, sub-system and system. 4. Supplier collaboration to develop the parts along with global souring network team 5. Understanding and adhering to project schedule 6. Support CQMS, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 documentation and audits 7. Support and work in non-normal business hours as needed to work with global team 8. Current product support to resolve BIQ/CPI issues 9. Support to new product build and testing to resolve the issues 10. Support facility team to introduce new product in facility 11. To manage or support New source introduction or Localisation project to maintain cost 12. Maintain engine CAD models with new changes 13. Manage engineering changes within the facility 14. Work with center of excellence to understand new or available technologies and integration with product Required Qualifications: 1. 5+years relevant engineering experience in large diesel engine and Genset design, engine component resourcing activities and manufacturing processes related to diesel engine and genset assembly and test and paint 2. Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical or Electronics from an accredited and recognized university 3. Proficient with ProE, TeamCenter, HVC and other design work tools 4. Knowledge of New Product Introduction and Current product issue resolution and processes 5.
