Associate Consultant/ Consultant with 1-3 years of experience in Full Stack Java with strong development and analytical skills for product team. Candidate will work collaboratively with Agile Scrum teams, interacting with multiple technologies like React JS, Node JS, Springboot Java and business areas to maintain quality application, provide support on ongoing maintenance and enhancements, do production support activities and ensure availability of application throughout.

Job Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the deliverables of the product team from conception to delivery from the Developer standpoint.
- Has impeccable communication skills.
- Owns responsibility of releases, production issues and ensures closures – is transparent and communicates it with the stakeholders.
- Adheres to high quality enterprise standards by ensuring built-in security, coding standards and patterns.
- Be a developer and proactively identify the gaps, the lagging areas, optimize the flow and bring efficiency in the team.
- Should possess strong technical skills in FSD Java
- Ability to solve problems in timely and structured manner with strong analytical approach and emphasize on fast recovery/fast roll-back and fast fix-forward capabilities
Experience
- Overall experience of 1-3 years of hands-on development experience with Full Stack Java
- Ability to operate and learn in a rapidly changing, high-visibility environment.
- Good to have experience with Agile and Scrum processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with other team members (Product manager, product owner, immediate team as well as cross-functional teams)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and ability to apply good judgment and decision-making skills
