Designation - Associate Engineer I - Verification & Validation

The purpose of Verification and Validation (V&V) engineering is to ensure a high-quality, reliable product that meets both technical specifications and user needs. Verification confirms the product is "built right" by checking it against specifications and design, while validation confirms the team is "building the right product" by ensuring it satisfies the intended users' real-world needs. Together, they mitigate risks, improve product quality, and prevent costly rework by catching defects early in the development lifecycle.

Assist in executing verification and validation activities to ensure high-quality, reliable drone products meet technical specifications and user needs. Work under close supervision to learn V&V processes and standards.

Primary Responsibilities:Execute predefined verification test cases and accurately log and organize the data Document test observation , prepare reports and support setup and maintenance of test equipment Ensure adherence to defined validation procedures and report issues effectively


Secondary Responsibilities:Participate in reviews and training sessions. Support cross-functional teams for integration, testing and troubleshooting activities * Maintain high standards of safety compliance in testing Contribution to process and quality improvements
