Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineering professional who will support the development and growth of a quality engineering team for our Enterprise Quality Organization in India. The team will support multiple Business Units of Collins Aerospace with its operations sites and suppliers across the globe.
Job Title:
Associate Engineer
Primary Responsibilities:

• Review and update existing QMS documents including policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Ensure all document updates align with AS9100 & Regulatory Requirements and Industry Standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for document revisions.
• Maintain version control and document change history in accordance with QMS procedures.
• Conduct periodic reviews of QMS documents to identify areas for improvement or updates.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits
• To perform gap analysis with respect to guidelines, current regulatory requirements & corporate procedures
• Assist in internal & external audit related activities

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors in engineering.
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in Aerospace or Auditing
• Experience in Root cause, corrective actions and continual improvement plan
• Strong understanding of AS9100 standard, QMS Principles and Customer/Regulatory Requirements.
• Proficiency in Document Management Software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Qualified AS9100 Internal Auditor is preferable.
• Awareness on AS9102/AS9145
