Overview:

In this role the Associate Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 will actively participate in New Product Development and design-related activities with respect to software development.

Title: Associate Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 FMS (Hybrid)

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Primary Responsibilities:

• This requires 1-3 years of Avionics experience with 1-3 years FMS (Flight Management System) domain experience.
• Excellent Programming Skills (Python, C, C++/ADA)
• Strong Flight Management Systems domain experience on software coding.
• DO-178B Avionics experience is Mandatory.
• Guide the team through removing impediments by finding the right personnel or solution to accomplish established team goals.
• Navigate the teams through self-organization activities, filling in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Have good communication skills.

Basic Qualifications

• Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech Computer Science/ECE/Avionics/Aeronautical.
• Working experience of Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer is an added advantage.
• Good skills and knowledge of situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Experience with custom software development.
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a similar domain would be a plus.
