Business Title : Associate Engineer - Equipment Engineering
Duties Of Position :
1. Responsible of Downtime reduction and Co-ordinate with CFT for Process yield improvement.
2. CAPA needs to be provided for major downtime and process related issues and Productivity improvement.
3. Support for Product change over and Plan and execute all levels of routine maintenance on production equipment
4. Make sure the communication between the shifts by conducting meeting on end of the shift.
5. Trouble-shoot and repair production equipment to root cause. Fix the root cause and Spare part control.
6. OEE monitoring and improvement and Continuous Improvement activities / Kaizens.
7. Machine Programming and optimization & NPI support and execution\'s.
8. Machine 5S and safety and Verbal / written Communication to all the shift.
9. Co-coordinating with technician and with next level and Scrap control.
10.Daily and Weekly and monthly report preparation and IQ and OQ and PQ validation protocol and validation support
Qualification Required :
1. Diploma in EEE/ECE/E & I/Mech with more than 7 years experience
2. Bachelor of Engineering with 5 years experience
