Basic Qualifications:

o B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech. degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Aeronautical Engineering
o 2-3 Years of working experience in Systems Engineering, Requirements Management or Product Development Activities (Design & Development, Qualification/Certification, etc) for Electromechanical Systems

o Working experience in Customer/Regulatory/Industrial requirements assessment, developing requirements specifications for Systems and Components, and creation of compliance matrices
o Working Experience in using DOORS, Teamcenter, Polarion or JAMA/JIRA tools for Requirements Management
o Knowledge in Model-based design / MBSE (MATLAB/Simulink, SysML, Cameo). Work experience on MBSE activities preferred.
o Familiarity with ARP 4754, ARP 4761, RTCA DO-160 and other Aerospace/Industry Standards (FAA, SAE, etc)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Technical coordination with the multi-disciplinary team involving mechanical, electronics, materials and software engineers
• Support compliance to ARP 4754 process
• Capture customer/regulatory/industrial requirements and convert them into system and component requirements.
• Conduct Requirements Management - Requirements elicitation, derivation, decomposition, validation and verification, compliance matrix generation using tools like DOORS, Polarion ALM, Teamcenter
• Model-based Design using MBD/MBSE tools like MATLAB / Simulink, SysML, Cameo
• Support System or Component validation/verification, qualification and certification activities \xe2\x80\x93 TC, TSO, STC, PMA
