As the Associate Engagement Lead, youaEUR(TM)ll leverage data to unravel complexities, adept at devising strategic solutions that deliver tangible results for our clients. We are seeking an individual who not only possesses the requisite expertise but also thrives in the dynamic landscape of a fast-paced global firm.
What youaEUR(TM)ll do:
Lead client engagements
to design and deliver healthcare analytics solutions, including patient journey mapping, treatment progression, behavior segmentation, and cost management strategies.
Develop and validate patient-level datasets
by integrating multiple sources (claims, EMR, specialty pharmacy, etc.) and ensuring accuracy for robust analytics.
Translate complex data into actionable insights
to support brand, market access, medical strategies, and strategic decision-making.
Leverage advanced tools and emerging technologies
(e.g., Tableau, SAS, R, Alteryx) to solve complex business challenges, build accelerators, and enable visualization solutions like cohort identification and line-of-therapy analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients globally
, fostering best practices in healthcare analytics while driving innovative, scalable solutions to improve patient outcomes.
Must have:
IC Process Knowledge:
Solid understanding of sales crediting, IC plans, goal setting, and bonus calculation methodologies.
Client Deliverables Expertise:
Familiarity with the deliverables sent to US HC clients, ensuring compliance and quality in all outputs.
Technical Proficiency:
Proven experience in creating input files for IC systemsaEUR"including raw sales, goals, alignment, and eligibility dataaEUR"and generating polished output files (IC reports, scorecards, HQ reports).
Analytical Acumen:
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure data integrity and process accuracy.xperience working with
longitudinal data sources
(e.g., claims, EMR, SP Hub)
Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into strategic insight.
Good to Have:
2.5-4.5 years of analytics experience
in consulting and patient-level analytics across indications, brands, or lifecycle stages, with exposure to statistical analysis, predictive modeling, segmentation, and go-to-market strategy.
Technical expertise
in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong ability to build and present clear, data-driven narratives. Experience with Python and advanced tools (e.g., R, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with longitudinal healthcare datasets
(claims, EMR, specialty pharmacy hub data), with the ability to derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
with proven ability to manage multiple projects, distill complex data into strategic insights, and work effectively with global teams.
