Job Title: Associate - E-Commerce
Location: Head Office, Gurgaon
Experience: 1-3 Years
Salary: Up to 5 LPA (Maximum)
Responsibilities:
Website Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce website.
• Ensure timely updates of products, prices, and promotions.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance the online customer experience.

MIS Role:

• Generate and maintain MIS reports for key e-commerce metrics.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights.
• Present reports to stakeholders.

Excellent Excel Knowledge:

• Utilize advanced Excel functions for data organization and analysis.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based tools for process optimization.
• Provide training and support to team members on Excel tasks.

Store and Market Visits:

• Undertake store and market visits based on business needs.
• Gather insights to improve the online customer experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for cohesive strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant e-commerce, website management, or MIS experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
