Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic

Associate Director - US Mortgage Servicing

to lead operations in the

Default/Active Servicing

and

Loss Mitigation

domains. The ideal candidate will bring 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale servicing operations. This is a key position that demands a proactive leader capable of managing multiple clients, ensuring operational excellence, and driving performance across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large-scale

Mortgage Servicing operations

, with a strong focus on

Default/Active Servicing and Loss Mitigation

Oversee and mentor Managers and Senior Managers responsible for team performance and service delivery Ensure client SLAs, productivity goals, cost efficiency, and capacity utilization are met across all assigned projects Build and scale teams to support multiple client portfolios while maintaining high performance standards Effectively manage client relationships and fulfill all contractual deliverables Develop and implement robust operational processes, SOPs, and documentation for compliance and efficiency Plan and manage staffing, onboarding, and training programs to ensure seamless ramp-ups Forecast workforce requirements, analyze market trends, and resolve operational challenges proactively Identify process improvement opportunities and drive innovation in operations Ensure adherence to all audit and compliance requirements; resolve audit findings as necessary Maintain operational stability and team motivation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Foster strong collaboration between operations teams and internal/external stakeholders

Required Experience:

10-15 years of relevant experience in the

US Mortgage Servicing

domain Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in

Default Servicing

Loss Mitigation

, or

Active Servicing

Proven track record in managing large, cross-functional teams in a high-volume operational environment Strong exposure to handling

multiple clients and complex contractual obligations
