Responsibilities:



To Process Various Loan servicing activities/inquiries/requests adhering to laid down procedures and ensuring that the established service standards are met. Support performance and overall effectiveness of the Team. Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Loan Servicing functional area. Perform or guide others on complex loan related servicing activities that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation. Working and presenting Weekly Pipeline Management Reports, Monthly Individual Performance reports, Quality Reports, Daily volume - Percentage reports, Process flow charts, Process working Job Aids. Pipeline Management - Manage and Monitor Pipeline high volumes of the team. Perform End of Day Checks. Work allocation and Intraday Monitoring. Identify risk areas in the Process and implement mitigation plans. Escalate any process related ambiguities to Manager/LOB. Driving calls with onshore team members and management level leaders Conducting Error Analysis and refresher sessions for the team members after Auditing the Sample work items. Performing Cash Flow disbursement approvals efficiently to the borrowers. Conducting Audit/QA activity in the process Adherence to the SLA's - Productivity, Turn-around time and accuracy. Monitoring the Mailbox and act promptly without delay. Innovative approach to work and continuously identifies and implement Process improvements. Take part in testing phase of new enhancements to applications. Provide Subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals. Respond independently to complaints escalated at highest level. Provide Training and guidance to less experienced individuals and perform Quality assurance and approve the work of other staff. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:




University Masters/bachelor's degree in business or related discipline. 6+ Years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training and education. Tax and Escrow Disbursement experience. Knowledge of all Mortgage and consumer lending, practices and regulations. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills. Ability to interact with all levels of an organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with candidates and hiring managers. Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic setting. Organizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and the ability to prioritize amidst competing demands. Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency. Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy. Handling workload and special projects efficiently. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
