Job Summary:





We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented

Associate Director Transactions & Processing (Subject Matter Expert)

to lead and optimize the loan onboarding process for the EMEA APAC region. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate onboarding of complex loan structures into servicing platforms, loan maintenance, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of loan structures, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset with experience in quality review, providing feedback and mentoring new hires in the team. Candidate should showcase high accountability for KPIs, driving new process transitions and development of skills and capabilities within the team.



Key Responsibilities:




Review and approve loan boarding and funding requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with EMEA APAC regulations. Translate key data from credit approval documents, loan checklists, and contracts into servicing systems. Identify and resolve discrepancies, rejected items, and data gaps during the onboarding process. Provide expert guidance on loan documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and servicing protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure seamless onboarding. Lead process improvement initiatives, transition of work from vendors and stateside and track transition deadlines. Lead the onboarding of new loans into servicing platforms, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and client expectations Ensure adherence to EMEA APAC specific regulatory requirements and internal policies. Liaise with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Origination, and Servicing) to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth transitions Generate and maintain audit-ready records of loan boarding activities, prepare MIS reports Mentor junior processors and contribute to process improvements and documentation standards Identify risks or inefficiencies in the boarding process and recommend corrective actions. Update, analyze the company's mortgage loan system of record and other systems with appropriate data Generate systems queries of loan information, as when required/requested and handle exceptions and escalations Complete tasks that require the review of reports, system data, loan documentation, and other collateral or loan related information Perform quality reviewer roles and responsibilities for multiple sub processes Provide feedback to team members on the opportunities Communicate with US counterparts on end of day reports and dashboards Conduct process training followed by coaching and mentoring trainees, conduct error escalation sessions, drive best practices, generate process improvement ideas

Desired Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field 5 to 8+ years of experience in loan processing or servicing, with a focus on EMEA APAC markets Strong understanding of syndicated loans, commercial real estate, and structured finance Strong Excel skills (including HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP) and basic SQL for data extraction and analysis Experience managing large volumes of data from multiple sources. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multicultural teams. Proficiency in loan servicing systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with regional financial regulations and loan documentation standards. Excellent communication - verbal and written Ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines Handling workload and special projects efficiently Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Flexibility towards work on different processes/assignments Should be able to maintain professional conduct under all circumstances High ownership and accountability for team goals

Preferred Skills:




Experience with syndicated loans, commercial real estate, or structured finance. Knowledge of loan structures in the EMEA APAC region Knowledge of onboarding systems and systems of records is a plus Knowledge of onboarding workflows and automation tools. Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.

Standard shift time:





7.30 am - 4.30 pm (BLR) & 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (HYD) - Should be flexible with shifts
