What you'll be doing...




We are seeking an experienced and highly talented leader to join our team to play a critical part in assessing sales-related business needs and translating them into tailored solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales platform. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to strategize, and deliver solutions that leverage Microsoft Copilot, AI-driven capabilities, low-code tools, and advanced reporting to drive business success.


You'll be studying new and emerging trends in B2B to fuel your thinking about where we head next and how we'll transform Verizon's VBG market. You'll explore the current state, and identify gaps and the next big opportunity. And craft a long-term vision and adjust along the way as you respond to the rapidly changing landscape. You'll bring your vision to life from development to go-to-market strategy and into the hands of customers, building better ways for businesses to stay connected.

What we're looking for...



Engaging with business stakeholders to deeply understand and assess complex sales-related business needs and challenges. Leading a team to achieve the vision. Design and architect solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales that address business objectives and enhance user productivity. Developing a clear vision for how Dynamics can be used to improve specific business processes or customer experiences. Leading the evaluation of potential solutions, including conducting proof-of-concepts and pilots. Coordinating solution launch activities, adoption efforts, and user enablement initiatives. Identifying opportunities to leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI features to enhance automation, insights, and user experience. Designing and overseeing the implementation of low-code solutions and workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Mentoring and guiding the team through thought leadership for delivering out of the box thinking and solutions. Defining and guiding the creation of effective, insightful reporting and dashboards using Power BI and built-in Dynamics 365 reporting tools.

You'll need to have:



Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience. 15 years of relevant experience required. 5+ years of experience in leading a team of CRM or Salesforce engineers, preferably supporting sales functions. Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solution design, configuration, and optimization. Experience utilizing Microsoft Copilot and AI features to enhance business process automation and reporting insights. Solid understanding of low-code development principles and tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience supporting agile development methodologies and processes. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:



Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. Certifications or practical experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). Strong background in post-deployment solution optimization and continuous improvement. Any Salesforce knowledge/experience
