Lead the design and implementation of functional solutions within the supply chain domain to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.


Provide expert guidance on best practices for supply chain management and ensure alignment with business objectives.


Oversee the integration of provisioning billing systems to streamline operations and improve accuracy in billing processes.


Develop and maintain documentation for functional designs, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.


Conduct regular assessments of system performance and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.


Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower team members with knowledge of new systems and processes.


Monitor industry trends and advancements in supply chain technology to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.


Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all functional architecture activities.


Support the development of strategic plans for system upgrades and expansions to accommodate business growth.


Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to system functionality and performance.


Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations.


Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in supply chain management and solutions with proven experience in functional architecture.


Demonstrate expertise in provisioning billing systems billing processes and Automotive domain knowledge.


Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.


Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and efficient functional solutions.


Have a track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.


Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes. 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in a management or consulting-oriented environment.
