Key Objectives :- Develop and execute target-driven marketing strategies for BRM Group.- Enhance brand visibility among bankers, investors, sponsors, and infrastructure funds.- Manage existing issuer relationships and originate new mandates.- Handle fee negotiations for new and existing mandates.- Collaborate with analytical teams and offices, particularly in Asia Pacific.- High autonomy and responsibility with excellent career growth and travel opportunities.- Understand debt capital markets and corporate credit analysis.Technical Skills & Experience:- Prepare target client lists based on financial and profile analysis.- Create tailored marketing materials for diverse industries.- High-level client interaction, typically with CFOs or CEOs.- Regular network engagement with business development and product teams.- Maintain MIS and reporting, including meeting minutes, mandates, and fees.Qualifications : 9-15 years of experience in corporate banking.Behavioral Skills:- Strong marketing and negotiation skills.- High self-drive and motivation to achieve targets.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly at senior management level.- Ability to manage time effectively and assist juniors.- Leadership and initiative with a focus on revenue generation and teamwork.
