We're hiring an Associate Director - Sales (Financing/Leasing) to join our leadership sales team in multiple key cities across India.
As the Associate Director - Sales, your responsibilities would be:
? Originate, manage, and grow client relationships with mid-market corporates.
? Lead the deal lifecycle, including structuring, negotiation, and closing deals.
? Expand the client base within your assigned geography.
? Help build and mentor city/regional teams as needed.
? Drive pipeline growth and ensure consistent revenue.
Requirements
? Minimum 8 years of experience in the financing sector, specifically in direct debt or leasing.
? Proven expertise in structured finance or leasing solutions.
? Strong network of relationships with mid-market corporates and industry stakeholders.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
? Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned markets.
? High level of professional integrity and clear communication.
