The Associate Director - Ad Sales (Retail) will lead ad-revenue growth across retail media properties by driving strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and key advertisers. This role requires a strong understanding of retail ecosystems, shopper marketing, ad-tech, and performance-led brand solutions. You will be responsible for shaping the commercial strategy, building high-value advertiser relationships, and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute ad-sales strategy across retail channels (in-store, digital, omnichannel media assets).
Identify and onboard high-value advertisers, agencies, and brand partners.
Create and pitch integrated advertising solutions tailored to retail audiences and brand objectives.
Drive revenue growth through structured selling, negotiation, and long-term commercial partnerships.
Analyse market trends, category performance, and competitive offerings to optimize the revenue roadmap.
Collaborate closely with product, retail operations, marketing, and analytics teams to enhance retail media offerings.
Track performance metrics and ensure campaign success through data-driven insights and optimizations.
Job Requirement
10-15 years of experience in ad sales, brand partnerships, media solutions, or retail media.
Strong understanding of FMCG, retail, digital advertising, shopper marketing, or ad-tech ecosystems.
Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage enterprise-level client relationships.
