Associate Director - Residential Sales - Real Estate Industry - 15+ Years - Bangalore
Location: Bangalore
Summary-
An exciting opportunity for a professional with proven expertise in residential sales within the real estate industry (B2C model). In this role, you will lead residential business initiatives from sourcing clients to closing deals, while driving growth and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities -

• Identify, establish, and develop strong client and stakeholder relationships to expand market presence.
• Manage P&L, nurture key accounts, and deliver tailored solutions ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute business growth strategies.
• Proactively engage in business development to identify opportunities and gather requirements.
• Support creation of compelling presentations and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements-

• 6-10 years of experience in residential sales in the real estate B2C model.
• Strong business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to travel as per business needs.
