Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of ISO-related initiatives within the procurement department, focusing on Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), Health and safety (ISO 45001), Information security (ISO 27000), and Risk management (ISO 31000).
Lead the ESG, sustainability reporting and DEI implementations for procurement.
Lead the BRSR reporting for procurement team.
Perform compliance activities for India and rest of the world for Purchase Orders, Letter of Intent, Disposal requests, E-Waste disposals and Supplier lifecycle management activities including registration, blocking, blacklisting, whitelisting of suppliers
Face all internal and external audit of all standards as an auditee and compliance related requirements like PO terms and conditions, taxation and GDPR
Manage preparation and submission of required MIS reports to management
Manage onboarding, off boarding, background verification of staffing vendors, access control.
Manage Creation / Update / Modification of Process documentation, standard PO Terms and Conditions for India and country specific T&C as and when needed
Oversee UAT testing of SAP HANA MM Coupa
Define / Update / Maintain Departmental risks as per the guidelines as and when needed
Respond to RFP questionnaire from time to time
Represent Purchase department in Legal proceedings if any
Drive automation initiatives and provide process improvement inputs while adopting new systems, implement audit findings within stipulated time frame Skills / Competencies:

  • Educational Qualification - Graduation B.E / B.com Postgraduation / MBA in Supply Chain preferred
  • Work experience
    15 To 18 years
  • Identify non-compliances in PO, LOI, Disposal Requests, Audit requirements. Work on mitigating identified audit gaps
  • Manage demonstration of evidence during audits and upkeep of various audit evidence requirements
  • Compliant with ISO standards audit such as 9K, 14K, 45K, 27K, 31K & 22301.
  • Vendor On-boarding / Vendor Performance Evaluation / Supplier Risk Management /
Business Continuity Plan for the commodity
  • Hands on experience in ESG, sustainability reporting and DEI implementations.
  • Manage automation initiatives by coordinating various stakeholders and provide thought leadership
  • Adhere to Organizational due diligence guidelines during supplier registration process
  • Manage UAT testing for automation opportunities and MIS requirements
KPI:
Zero / Minimum findings in various internal and external audits for department
Vendor compliance management
Value added activities like automation initiatives
Skill enhancement through LTI mandate trainings
Consistently perform TAT driven processes with speed and accuracy
