Talent needed for success:

• Data onboarding, cleansing and transformation using Dataflows
• Data modelling using Power BI Desktop
• Dashboard building using Power BI desktop
• Performance optimization of all processes
• Develop operational reports
• Build fully automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting tools
• Understand ETL fundamentals and be able to apply them to build Power BI Dataflows and Datasets.
• Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications
• Be experienced in tools and systems such as Power Query, MDX, Power BI, and DAX
• Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions
• Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more
• Have a good understanding of data visualization techniques and design best practice
• Be able to make technical changes to existing BI systems in order to enhance their working.
• Ability to communicate with business as well as technical teams
• Have an analytical and problem-solving mindset and approach
• Understand change management and data governance best practices
• Fully document solutions from end to end

Qualification:

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred with Master's or equivalent experience desired
