Currently, at Darwinbox, they are delivering a mandate to drive sustainable growth for the org via the partner ecosystem which includes Big4s, System Integrators, Product Partners and Strategic partners like Microsoft. About the role: Partnerships is one of the key levers for Darwinbox\'s next phase of growth. Darwinbox has even launched a marketplace to grow its product partnership ecosystem. You will lead this initiative and the product partnerships vertical globally. You will lead a team of 2 to begin with, which is expected to grow as you scale this up. : To drive revenue for Darwinbox via the marketplace while offering a comprehensive proposition to the client. Partnerships as a concept cannot be driven alone - hence you work very closely with the Sales, Product and Integrations function at Darwinbox, amongst others across geographies to have a high degree of market coverage. Responsibilities Develop an extensive understanding of our product roadmap and design a plan to accelerate its progress through strategic product partnerships. Establish a Framework for evaluating those potential Partnerships, considering factors such as monetization potential, integration complexity, tool quality, brand alignment, and customer adoption likelihood. Define product partnership strategies, build go-to-market plans, deliver local user / market insights, and identify new opportunities and initiatives that support key pillars like marketplace adoption, revenue realization, end-user experience via integrations, support to clients and partners amongst others Scale up the product partnership ecosystem by onboarding partners across categories and geographies, to increase our competitiveness and value to customers and contribute to revenues for Darwinbox End-to-end lifecycle management of product partners including a dopting systems and processes that will help us be more efficient with partner management Liaison with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Developer Relations, Marketing, PR/Comms) to assess annual requirements and work on projects Requirements: . 8-12 years of experience in partner/vendor management . You should have successfully established and owned a significant product integration partnership from the ground up and delivered measurable outcomes . Strong sense of ownership, desire to make a cross-functional impact, eagerness to learn, customer orientation, entrepreneurial mindset . Led product partnerships for IT/ITes companies . Experience with setting up and driving the partner ecosystem before
