What You'll Do
Lead a High-Performing Engineering Organization
Build and scale a world-class engineering team with a strong sense of purpose and accountability.
Foster a culture of trust, continuous improvement, and technical mastery.
Coach and develop engineering leaders and individual contributors to reach their full potential.
Drive Technical Strategy and Execution
Define and evolve the technical roadmap to support our fintech platform's growth and resilience.
Guide architectural decisions and ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and investor-centric solutions.
Champion engineering excellence through modern practices like CI/CD, DevOps, and agile delivery.
Accelerate Innovation
Launch and lead innovation initiatives that push the boundaries of what's possible in fintech.
Encourage experimentation, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.
Enhance investor outcomes by delivering AI based tools and experiences.
Collaborate to Deliver Impact
Partner with product, design, and business teams to align on priorities and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Communicate strategy, progress, and challenges clearly across all levels of the organization.

Skills
Proven experience leading engineering teams in high-growth environments.
Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and modern development frameworks.
Strong track record of delivering complex, high-impact software products, ideally in fintech or adjacent industries.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Demonstrated success in scaling engineering organizations and driving strategic initiatives.
