Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify, solicit, and secure new corporate accounts while maintaining and growing existing business.
Prepare sales action plans, account development plans, and conduct regular sales calls and presentations.
Participate in sales missions, trade shows, client events, and networking activities to strengthen market presence.
2. Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts.
Ensure timely follow-ups, contract negotiations, and renewals with corporate clients.
Work closely with revenue management to optimize pricing, packages, and promotions for the corporate segment.
3. Team Leadership
Guide, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Monitor performance through regular reviews, sales reports, and goal tracking.
Provide training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
4. Revenue & Forecasting
Assist the Director of Sales in preparing the sales budget and revenue forecast.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with sales policies, reporting systems, and brand standards.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the marketing team for promotional campaigns targeting corporate clients.
Coordinate with operations and reservations to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate guests.
Represent the hotel in meetings, client presentations, and corporate networking events.
