Job Description



Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and drive complex product(s) and experience vision across a matrixed organization independently
  • Proficiently lead long term vision strategically aligned to the organizational goals
  • Mastery in translating business needs into customer goals and features
  • Mastery in both crafting and driving the vision, strategy, and overall execution for a highly complex product line or multiple product lines
  • Deliver against core customer value propositions and Best Buy's strategic and financial goals
  • Demonstrate empathy for the customer, and steer discussions to how to build customer trust
  • Reduce system constraints (resource, financial, technology) to build long-term customer engagement and brand love
  • Demonstrate the test / learn / iterate mindset
  • Lead teams to innovate and transform by embracing new ways of working
  • Demonstrate an innovative mindset and find ways to push through adversity
  • Analyze product performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and processes
Requirements
  • 12+ years of Product Management experience with a bachelors degree, OR experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, or related. Including:
  • 4+ years of experience with direct people management and team management
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, or related
  • Demonstrated ability to handle stakeholder relationships independently, including cross-geography business partners
  • Demonstrated proficiency in product testing, measurement, and data-driven planning and prioritization
Preferred
  • Experience working in an eCommerce or direct-to-consumer digital business
  • Experience working with consumer/user-facing products & applications
  • Experience working with discoverability experiences, conversational experiences, and/or AI-based systems, including generative AI solutions
  • Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment
