Summary

Associate Director, MDM Ecosystem Integrations will be responsible for implementing data integration solutions to support our Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of data integration technologies, data governance, MDM principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Manage data integration solutions to support MDM initiatives. Implement data integration processes using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and technologies. Monitor and maintain data integration workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards. Document data integration processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation. Provide support and training to end-users on data integration processes and tools.

Essential Requirements:

Novartis seeks an individual with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of data management, provider data, master data management tools, product life cycle. The candidate should foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in data integration and MDM projects. Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar. Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Requirement

10-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on provider data management and MDM ecosystem. Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms. Knowledge of data modeling and database design. Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java. Certification in MDM or data integration technologies. Strong analytical background, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and aligning them with business priorities to drive impactful results
