The Role: Associate Director-L3 Technical Delivery Lead

The Team: The OSTTRA Technology team is composed of Capital Markets Technology professionals, who build, support and protect the applications that operate our network. The technology landscape includes high-performance, high-volume applications as well as compute intensive applications, leveraging contemporary microservices, cloud-based architectures

Our services are vital to automated trade processing around the globe, managing peak volumes and working with our customers and regulators to ensure the efficient settlement of trades and effective operation of global capital markets

What\'s in it for you:
As a Technical Delivery Lead with a specialization in IT End User Computing (EUC), you will become an integral part of our global team of highly skilled engineers within the EUC department at OSTTRA. Your primary mission will be to drive the coordination and implementation of new technologies and solutions within the EUC space together with the system engineers.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team based out of Gurgaon and to work with colleagues across multiple regions globally.

Responsibilities:

Lead and drive the implementation of new technologies and solutions in the End User Computing (internal IT) space within OSTTRA, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experiences.

Drive IT migration projects and activities.

Coordinate internal and external teams and stakeholders to achieve targets and deadlines.

Be part of the project/activity, from the idea stage to implementation and rollout to the closure of it.

Ensure high quality of the deliveries from the teams, be it thought-through implementation plans, to proper communication to stakeholders and affected users to following processes, to system documentation, to guides to internal trainings.

As this is a global role, some international travel may be necessary for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

What We\'re Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated Technical Delivery Lead who thrives in a global and multicultural team environment. You should possess a technical skill set within your area of expertise and be known for your humility, structured approach, and sense of responsibility. As a person you should also be able to see the complete picture.

Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our end user computing initiatives and taking our IT environment to the next level.

5+ years of experience in a systems engineering role, preferably within end user computing

3+ years of experience as technical project manager

Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace and other relevant IT platforms.

Familiarity with ITIL-based ITSM tools, with experience in Jira Service Management being beneficial.

Solid understanding of IT security, network protocols, infrastructure, and related technologies.

Understanding of Windows 10/11, standard desktop applications, and hardware.

Experience in leading and managing automation projects.

Certifications within the field of process automations.
