About the Role
Key Responsibilities

Drive development of capabilities for integrated evidence generation across global functions and key countries
Identify and scale high-impact country initiatives in innovative evidence generation
Contribute to flexible global standards and tools for evidence planning and execution
Promote adoption of novel evidence methods through tailored learning and change management
Lead multi-channel communications to showcase best practices and evidence impact
Foster a culture focused on meaningful stakeholder impact and value delivery
Connect cross-functional teams to align future-oriented integrated evidence strategies
Essential Requirements

Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred
Minimum 10 years experience and 5 years' in pharma, academic research, or healthcare with focus on evidence generation
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful evidence aligned with drug development
Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
Experience working across geographies and navigating global regulatory and healthcare systems
Demonstrated strategic thinking, collaboration, and influencing skills in a matrix environment
Desirable Requirements

Prior experience in a Country and Global working with multinational team.
Ability to develop and successfully implement new strategies and ideas.
