SNEHA (Society for Nutrition, Education and Health Action) is a Mumbai-based non-profit committed to improving the health, nutrition, and safety of women and children living in urban informal settlements. With a strong grassroots presence and a team of 500+, we empower communities and partner with public systems to drive sustainable change across Mumbai.

Position:

Associate Director - Information Management

Location:

Santacruz, Mumbai

Experience:

8-10 years in IT/Data management

Education:

B.Tech / M.Sc. (M.Tech preferred)

Reports to:

Chief Executive Officer (with dotted line to Fractional CTO)

About the Role:

We're looking for a technology leader to drive SNEHA's digital transformation roadmap -- aligning technology solutions with programmatic goals and enabling data-driven decision-making. The role involves overseeing IT systems, data management, and technology partnerships to enhance operational efficiency and organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technology planning and process improvements across programs. Strengthen data systems, visualization tools, and monitoring frameworks. Oversee IT infrastructure, asset management, and vendor coordination. Build staff capacity on tech tools and foster a culture of digital adoption.

What We're Looking For:

Strong expertise in data systems, IT infrastructure, and digital solutions. Strategic, collaborative, and systems-thinking mindset. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build cross-functional partnerships.
