Required Skills and Experience

Experience of 12+ Years. Knowledge and understanding of BFSI (Insurance primarily), its trends, and competitive landscape. Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop effective solutions. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to present findings and recommendations clearly. Ability to manage projects effectively, including planning, organizing, and executing tasks. General understanding of business principles and how they apply to various functions within an organization. Capability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, and to work collaboratively in a team environment. Work with clients to understand their specific industry challenges, business objectives, and current operations. Gather and analyze data, conduct research, and explore various strategies to identify potential solutions. Present findings to clients, and develop detailed plans for implementation. Assist clients in implementing the agreed-upon solutions, provide ongoing support and guidance, and monitor the effectiveness of the changes. Build strong relationships with clients, acting as trusted advisors and helping them navigate complex business issues..

Preferred Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide relevant and valuable advice.
