Associate Director-HRBP-10+ years-Mumbai
An excellent opportunity for a dynamic HR Business Partner to step into a strategic and influential Associate Director - HRBP role. If you're passionate about shaping people strategy, building strong leadership pipelines, and driving business impact through HR excellence-this role in Mumbai is crafted for you. Preference for female HR leaders from strong management institutes with hands-on Core HRBP experience.

Responsibilities * Partner with leaders to shape people strategy through org design, workforce planning, leadership development, and key HR initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and change management.

• Serve as the go-to HR contact for employee concerns while driving engagement programs and managing conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Lead end-to-end performance cycles while enabling managers with effective feedback and career discussions, and driving improvements through performance trend analysis.
• Identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent while driving succession planning, capability mapping, and leadership pipeline development. HR Reporting & Analytics
• Leverage HR metrics and monitor key KPIs like attrition, engagement, and satisfaction to provide actionable insights and ensure performance alignment.

Requirements * 9-12 years of strong HR experience with hands-on Core HRBP ownership

• Education from good management institutes(Top Management colleges) preferred.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking & problem-solving ability.
• Exceptional communication, presentation & global stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
