The Global HR Services team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive colleague experience across the entire colleague lifecycle. Global Scaled Operations team within Global HR Services, focuses on HR operations, managing unique escalations, and looking for future opportunities to scale across globe. We design, build, and implement global operational onboarding processes that enhance the experiences of our new hires and people managers.

The Global Recruiting Administration and Onboarding Services Lead, will focus on the process strategy, design and operational management of a specific key lifecycle segment along with related processes, systems, and policies. The role will focus primarily on designing simple, scalable, and digitally enabled processes with a lens for continuous improvement to support a strong new hire experience into WTW. This role will develop and implement company-wide New Hires Onboarding programs that delivers an exciting, positive and seamless colleague experience (for candidates, new-hires and managers). As the Global Recruiting Administration and Onboarding Services Lead, you will work with many partners across HR, technology and other groups to design, develop and implement the recruiting administration & new hire onboarding programs. You will apply a forward-thinking, colleague-centric approach to make colleague experience & onboarding programs a competitive differentiator. This role is a unique combination of strategic, operational, and tactical leadership where you will utilize your industry expertise. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting innovative and world class new hire experiences, be able to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization, detail-oriented with a get-things-done attitude. This person will have great planning and communication skills, be highly organized, positive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be an advocate for change, leading change management efforts that increase adoption and achieve desired outcomes. The work is critical to the evolution of more effective designs of Recruiting Administration and Onboarding processes, reporting, and measurement for policy and strategy. The lead will also be responsible for stakeholder management, serving as the lead across all partner teams, partnering closely with cross functional partners across the organization, including HR Services, HR Solutions, Recruiting, IT, Facilities, Global Mobility, and Talent Advisors teams to assess process health and take appropriate action.

  • Lead and manage the team responsible for Recruiting Administration Onboarding services program & operations
  • Partner with all stakeholders (Recruiting, HR Solutions, HR Services, L&D etc.) to deliver on colleague onboarding initiatives and operations
  • Use people-related data to drive better decision making and develop key metrics to review effectiveness of programs and operations
  • Develop and lead efforts that bring our culture and values to life in the New Hires Onboarding experience. Review and update New Hires Onboarding communications to ensure a consistent voice
  • Create internal colleague research surveys, focus groups, to better understand and assess pain points
  • Assess and implement global recruiting administration and new hires onboarding process improvements and measure results
  • Align process & solutions with cross functional teams and ensure global consistency while maintaining local flexibility as needed
  • Manage escalations and issues related to recruiting administration and new hires onboarding
  • Participate in any initiatives/ technology evaluations that may be relevant
  • Make recommendations on program changes and conduct cost/benefit analysis of potential operational improvements
  • Identify, track, and raise issues and risks related to lifecycle segment initiatives
  • Drive scalable new hire experiences by enabling new hire/colleague and manager self-service capabilities
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in Human Resource, Recruiting operations, or Global Onboarding/hiring experience
  • Experience in leading projects and developing standardized processes in Onboarding and/or recruiting systems and supporting processes
  • Experience in Recruitment systems, Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow
  • Experience in managing teams across multiple geographies and leading a large team
  • Experience in building relationships and influence others while working cross-functionally
  • Experience with change management and transformation
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting experiences
  • Experience in driving and lead cross-functional teams toward completion of multiple projects
  • Experience in collaborating and communicating across all levels of a global organization while influencing partners to achieve results
  • Experience in dealing with ambiguity and react quickly to changing priorities
