About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and execution of non-interventional studies aligned with Integrated Evidence Plans Develop study concepts, protocols, reports, and contribute to final analyses and publications Ensure scientific rigor and relevance in evidence strategy, study design, and data interpretation Engage with global stakeholders including key opinion leaders, advisory boards, and patient groups Represent Novartis in external collaborations and lead/co-chair steering committees for studies Support development of innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance evidence generation Stay current with trends and drive adoption of emergent evidence approaches across teams

Essential Requirements

Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred 5+ years' experience in pharma, academic research, or healthcare with focus on evidence generation Strong expertise in non-interventional study design and Real-World Evidence methodologies Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse internal and external audiences Demonstrated success working in cross-functional, global matrix environments Excellent collaboration, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
