Experience Required: 5 - 8 years Working Days: 5 days/week Office Locations: Chennai and Mumbai Role & Responsibilities Consultative Sales: Demonstrate a consultative selling approach focused on problem-solving and helping customers achieve their outcomes. Deal Management: Project manage deals with key internal and external stakeholders, documenting activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM. Customer Success Partner: Work with Customer Success to track and enable customer outcomes, drive renewals, identify new opportunities, and reduce churn. Best Practices: Develop clear sales proposals, refine playbooks and strategies, and work closely with Marketing to improve collateral and plans. Demand Generation: Drive new conversations with your current network. Learning and Improving: Stay abreast of trends, serve as the voice of the customer, and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement. Ideal Candidate Past Experience: 5-8 years of closing, quota-carrying role selling seven- to eight-figure (INR 5cr+) enterprise deals in India\'s BFSI space. Experience in SaaS, Analytics, and Mar-tech is a plus. Persona: Fast, self-starter, strong customer empathy, and a high focus on achieving quotas.
