AVP - Digital Marketing- Location: Gurgaon- Experience: 10-12 years- Qualification: Bachelor's in Marketing/Computer Science (mandatory); MBA preferredAbout the ClientA content-marketing-led digital agency offering integrated digital solutions.Role OverviewSeeking a strategic Digital Marketing Head to lead digital operations, manage client delivery, and drive growth across SEO, AEO, GEO, Social Media, Web Development, and Performance Marketing. The role involves team leadership, innovation, and full P&L ownership.Responsibilities- Grow the digital marketing business.- Lead end-to-end digital operations and ensure high-quality client delivery.- Develop and execute digital strategies that align with business and client objectives.- Drive performance across SEO, AEO, GEO, Paid Media, Social Media, and Web Development.- Manage ROI-focused Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).- Oversee content, design, and tech teams for cohesive execution.- Manage P&L, profitability, and resource optimization.- Build and mentor a high-performing digital team.- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance.- Stay updated on trends, tools, and technologies.- Support sales and BD in client acquisition and retention.Competencies- Strong communication and active listening.- Effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.- Empathy, trust-building, and sound interpersonal skills.- Customer-focused with a commitment to professional service.Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Computer Science or related field.- MBA/ Master's in Marketing/Digital Business (preferred).Relevant certifications preferred:- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint- HubSpot Inbound- Google Analytics (GA4)- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz- Digital Marketing Executive Program (IIM/MICA/ISB) (ref:updazz.com)
