REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience 13+ years
  • Strong and progressive experience in project Delivery management, including a minimum of 6-7 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience in the Retail CPG and e-Commerce sectors.
  • Must be from IT development background.
  • Strong track record of managing teams of approximately 60-70 members.
  • Capable of overseeing portfolios valued between $10-15 million.
  • Extensive expertise in project delivery, team development, and operational management, with hands-on experience in establishing and managing new office locations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving organizational objectives effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align projects with business goals and client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, maintain project documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team aligned with company values and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
  • Serve as the primary contact for operational or setup-related issues within the office.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and facilities teams to resolve challenges efficiently and maintain smooth operations.
  • Act as a liaison between global and local teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on office setup, team performance, and overall project progress.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing business environment.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Optimize processes and workflows to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
