We are seeking an experienced

Associate Director

with strong expertise in

IPDRG and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI)

to lead end-to-end project delivery and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will manage large-scale healthcare delivery programs, lead high-performing teams, and ensure consistent client satisfaction while aligning delivery outcomes with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute delivery strategies aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations. Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Manage resource planning, capacity utilization, and workforce optimization across delivery teams. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Lead, mentor, and coach delivery teams to drive performance, engagement, and professional growth.
Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in

IPDRG and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI)

. Proven track record of managing

large-scale healthcare delivery projects

. Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.
