To manage operations of systems and applications in scope, ensuring their stability and integrity, and meeting customer service levels. . Ensure all services/Major Accountabilities (based on ITOM Role, Anchor Role, Design Authority Input/Function Input) are delivered to the agreed SLAs . Ensure all the Deliverables are on time with clear business value and quality across Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: . To manage operations of systems and applications in scope, ensuring their stability and integrity, and meeting customer service levels and oversee and monitor day-to-day operations of all systems and applications in scope to ensure stability, integrity and business continuity. . Run efficient DevOps during whole lifecycle of platforms, products, or systems from initiation till retirement, ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible Domain / functions. . Define and execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes for responsible business domain/function(s) . Partner with senior business stakeholders and technology teams for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates and Partner with vendors to keep abreast with upgrades, changes and latest technology. . Ensure on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible Business domain / functions and Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with right stakeholder representation for responsible Domain / functions. . Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders for responsible Domain / functions. . Take accountability to ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures. Implement a vendor strategy, if required and Monitor suppliers involved in operations Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements What will you bring to the role Education: . University degree or relevant equivalent experience . GxP aspects Experience / Professional requirements . 8 years+ of industry experience in IT, healthcare, or pharma expert understanding of technology and methodologies as applied in the respective area . Excellent Functional experience in pharmaceutical development domains combined with build & run of Digital & IT solutions. Experience in leading products and managing diverse group of stakeholders. . Run efficient DevOps during whole lifecycle of platforms, products, or systems from initiation till retirement, ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible Domain / functions. . Experience and understanding of Agile product development. Deep knowledge of IT & business processes and experience in validated environments (GxP) . eTMF and CTMS applications solution delivery or operations . CDMS, Safety applications solution delivery or operations is good to have. Veeva platform implementation in any of the pharma sub-domains is preferred . University degree or relevant equivalent experience.
