Job Description

Summary The Associate Director, Data Integrations will be responsible for responsible for implementing the integration of data across various systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy. This role requires a deep understanding of data integration techniques, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the data integration team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and develop integration plan and roadmap.
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices and data governance policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and recommend improvements.
Essential Requirements:

  • Novartis seeks an individual with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of data management, data & analytics tools and platforms and product operations. The candidate should foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Strong knowledge of data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL, API, middleware).
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in data management tools and software.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Desired Requirement:
10-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on provider data management in a healthcare setting.
5+ years of people management experience. Proven track record of enabling data-driven decision-making at a senior leadership level, including addressing complex business challenges.
Strong analytical background, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and aligning them with business priorities to drive impactful results
